hey folks
i know you guys dont know me, but I am glad to be apart of this site.
I was wondering. i am registered for the Standard and Adv. Standard this coming may and june in NJ and Is there anything that is absolutely essential that i take to the classes other than what they say is required? Should I take the optional equipment? Is there anything you all took that wasnt listed and it helped you out greatly?

Hi Steven, I'm glad you're going I know you'll have an awesome time!
I've only been to the Standard, so my advice is only for that. As I recall, what you'll need is a giant notebook with several pens or pencils, and a pillow to sit on. Classes are long and amazing, but they do tend to put the kiester to sleep.
Also, I recommend some adventuring shoes. Wrestling shoes, Vans, something with a thin sole so you can walk around in the forest without making too much noise.
